摘要
多模态MRI技术在先天性心脏病儿童神经发育的研究中发挥了重要的作用,结构MRI、MR扩散成像、磁共振波谱成像(MRS)、功能磁共振成像(fMRI)、动脉自旋标记(ASL)等可为先天性心脏病儿童脑损伤和脑发育评估提供结构、功能及代谢信息,以便进一步探索其潜在的神经病理机制。综述近年来采用MRI技术评估先天性心脏病患儿脑损伤的现状及进展,重点关注影像学与神经发育之间的关系。
Multimodal MRI technique plays an important role in the study of neurodevelopment in children with congenital heart disease.Structural MRI,MR diffusion imaging,magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS),functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI),and arterial spin labeling(ASL)can provide structural,functional,and metabolic information for the assessment of brain injury and brain development in children with congenital heart disease,thus can be used to further explore potential neuropathological mechanism.This article reviews the current situation and progress of MRI in the evaluation of brain injury in children with congenital heart disease in recent years,focusing on the relationship between imaging findings and neurodevelopment.
