摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是临床常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病,常继发右心功能不全,增加病人死亡风险。COPD病人右心室功能改变的精准及多方式影像评价已成为研究的热点。超声心动图、CT、心脏MR成像、放射性核素等成像技术是目前无创性评价COPD右心室功能改变的主要方法。就COPD导致右心室功能改变的机制以及各种影像技术的应用进展及其优劣予以综述。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common chronic respiratory disease in clinic,which is often secondary to right ventricular dysfunction and increases the risk of death.The accurate and multi-mode imaging evaluation of the function of right ventricle in patients with COPD has become the focus of research.Echocardiography,CT,cardiac magnetic resonance imaging and radionuclide technology are the main non-invasive methods to evaluate the right ventricular function in COPD.This article reviews the mechanism of right ventricular changes caused by COPD,and the application progress,advantages and disadvantages of various medical imaging methods.
