基于OBE的高职院校学生劳动教育体系构建

Construction of Labor Education System for Students in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on OBE

劳动教育是中国特色社会主义制度的重要内容。现阶段高职院校开展劳动教育现状不容乐观,构建完善的劳动教育体系显得日益重要和迫切。基于OBE理念,结合新时代党对劳动教育的新要求和高职院校学生培养目标,按照明确培养目标、构建实施路径、制定评价制度、实现学习产出的逻辑思维来设计并开展劳动教育,有针对性地解决现阶段高职院校劳动教育中普遍存在的虚化、弱化问题,强化劳动育人功能,全面提升高职院校学生的劳动素养,使其成为能劳动、爱劳动、精技能、高素质的社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。

Labor education is an important part of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.At current stage,the situation of labor education in higher vocational colleges is not optimistic,and it is increasingly important and urgent to establish a complete labor education system.Based on the OBE concept and combined with the Party’s new requirements for labor education in the new era and the cultivation goals of students in higher vocational colleges,labor education is designed and carried out in accordance with the logic thinking of clear cultivation goals,construction of implementing paths,formulation of evaluation systems,and realization of learning output.It is targeted to solve the faint and weakening problems that are common in labor education in higher vocational colleges at current stage,strengthen the function of labor education,and comprehensively improve students’labor quality in higher vocational colleges,so that they are cultivated to be capable of and enjoy labor,be skilled and highly qualified socialist builders and reliable successors.
