基于天基信息的海上远程精确打击技术现状及发展

Status and development of long-range precision strike operations technology based on space-based information

首先,综述了美军的天基信息支持海上远程精确打击的现状,并指出现阶段存在的不足;其次,分析了基于天基信息的海上远程精确打击作战的需求;再次,在分析美军时间敏感目标打击链的基础上,介绍了当前常见的几种基于天基信息支持下的海上远程精确打击作战应用模式;最后,提出了天基信息支持海上远程精确打击作战体系后续发展的方向与建议。

Maritime distance precision strikes have become the main trend and combat mode of modern high-tech Marine warfare,and space-based information can improve the effectiveness of combat.In this paper the present situation of the space-based information of the world′s leading military power is reviewed,with shortcomings of its present development pointed out.And then,the demand of the offshore remote precision combat based on space-based information is analyzed.In analysis of Time-Sensitive Target(TST)chain of American army,several common maritime remote precision combat application patterns based on the space-based information are introduced.Finally the direction and suggestion for space-based information to support the follow-up development of the maritime remote precision combat system are put forward.
