未来远洋作战将是多军兵种联合作战,远洋作战油料保障将是多种保障任务的联合油料保障。在油料筹措、储存、输送和补给等方面,远洋作战油料保障体系有其特殊要求。为了更好地满足未来远洋作战的油料保障需要,必须通过坚持“一条主线”、筹建“两种基地”、构建“四类数据库”等举措,加快构建远洋作战油料保障体系,为维护国家海外利益提供有效支撑。

Ocean fight will be joint fights of multiple forces and arms,and thus oil support in ocean fights will be the joint oil support of multiple support tasks.There are special requirements for oil support system in the field of oil raising,storage,transportation and supply.In order to better meet this demand,various measures should be taken such as insistence of"one main line",construction of"two types of bases"and improvement of"four groups of databases"so as to speed up the construction of oil support system for ocean fights to provide effective support for safeguarding the nation′s interests overseas.
