Optimizing equipment cost structure from perspective of methodology

针对现有研究大多缺少从方法论角度对装备经费结构进行优化这一问题进行系统地总结,结合装备经费结构具有层次性的特点,从方法论角度探索装备经费结构优化的全过程理论,分析影响装备经费结构的主要因素,明确装备经费结构优化的主要目的,提出装备经费结构优化的主要内容、逻辑体系及建模流程等,为装备经费结构优化提供全过程参考。

This article addresses the problem of existing researching practice in equipment cost structure which is mostly limited to a certain single method that lacks the theory of methodology to guide the optimization of equipment cost structure.The cost structure optimization theory is systematically explored in light of the gradation features of equipment cost structure.The main factors affecting the cost structure are analyzed,the main purpose of optimizing equipment cost structure is clarified,and the main content,the logic system and the modeling process of the equipment for structural optimization are put forward,so as to provide references for structural optimization to guide the whole process.
