摘要 为解决在瞬时高温高压环境中获取自由活塞运行速度且不影响活塞运行的问题,本文通过应用活塞表面处理、光纤传感器灵敏度调整、压力传感器复核校对、激光传感器防护测距、同步数据采集系统搭建等方法,设计了一种多传感器融合的活塞速度监测系统,使得测试的活塞最大速度检测误差小于3%。系统投入运行后,获取了丰富的活塞整体运行信息,尤其是末端运行规律,为风洞运行调试提供了有力支撑。 It is very important to obtain the actual running speed of free piston in the instantaneous high-temperature and high-pressure environment without affecting the operation of the piston.Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the conventional method,we designed a multi-sensor fusion piston speed monitoring system.By the methods of the piston surface treatment,fiber optic sensor sensitivity adjustment,pressure sensor review calibration,laser sensor protection distance measurement,and synchronous data acquisition system establishment,the final piston speed measure error was limited less than 3%.After the system was put into operation,we obtained the whole operation of the piston,especially the end operation rule,providing strong support for the operation and debugging of wind tunnel.
