退役复学大学生是一群政治信仰坚定、组织纪律性强、军事素质过硬、综合能力优良的特殊群体,在高校教育管理中有得天独厚的朋辈教育优势。可通过参与思想政治教育、协助高校国防教育工作、依托学生社团开展各类活动等途径实施朋辈教育。并通过严格朋辈教育队伍的选拔制度,建立朋辈教育队伍的培训机制,优化朋辈教育队伍的考核评估体系,构建退役复学大学生朋辈教育的长效机制。

The retired college students are a special group with firm political belief, excellent military quality and strong comprehensive ability and enjoy exceptional peer education advantage in the university education management. Relying on student associations to carry out various activities in colleges and universities, peer education can also be implemented through retired college students’ participating in ideological and political education and assisting national defense education. The long-term mechanism of peer education for retired students will be achieved through strict selection and training of peer education team and improving the evaluation system of peer education team.
