海水泄漏对SG二次侧金属腐蚀的实验分析

摘要 通过给水中掺入一定比例的厂区海水,采用静态高压釜真实模拟凝汽器海水泄漏后的SG二次侧水质,研究了不同海水污染程度下SG二次侧内部构件金属材料的均匀腐蚀、点蚀和应力腐蚀性能。海水泄漏加剧了SG内碳钢和低碳钢部件的腐蚀,抑制了马氏体、奥氏体不锈钢钝化膜的生长,加剧了镍基合金表面氧化物的沉积,为核电厂治理凝汽器海水泄漏事件的负面影响提供了重要参考。 The uniform corrosion,pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking properties of SG secondary side internal materials under different seawater pollution levels were investigated by static autoclave which mixing a certain proportion of plant seawater into the feed water simulated SG secondary water quality after condenser seawater leakage.The results indicated that when seawater leakage increased,the carbon steel and low carbon steel parts in SG suffered from serious corrosion,the passivation films growth of martensitic and austenitic stainless steel were hindered by ions contaminated,the deposition of oxides on the surface of nickel-based alloy increased significantly.These results provided important reference value for controlling the negative impact of seawater leakage events in condensers of nuclear power plants.
