摘要
反渗透浓水回用及零排放处理成本高,将电吸附装置用于电厂反渗透浓水回用处理,可降低设备占地面积、设备投资及运行成本。本次试验以涿州京源热电有限公司锅炉补给水反渗透浓水为例,该研究成果可为火力发电厂制定全厂零排放处理工艺、优化电厂水务管理提供参考。反渗透浓水经电吸附装置处理后,离子去除率随着操作电流的增大而增大。离子去除率与操作电流呈正比,在一定范围内,离子价位越高,去除率越高。此外,保持操作电流不变,出水电导率则随进水流速的增大逐渐增大。
Because the cost of reverse osmosis concentrated water reuse and zero discharge treatment is high,the electro absorption technology can be used to the power plant reverse osmosis concentrated water.It can beneficial to waste water reuse,reducing equipment occupation area and operating cost.This fild trials takes ZhuoZhou JingYuan Thermal Electricity Co.,Ltd.as an example for the reverse osmosis concentrated water of boiler supplemental water.The research can provide evidence for the development of zero-emission treatment technology and optimization of water management of power plant.After the reverse osmosis concentrated water have been treated by electro adsorption device,electrical conductivity removal rate increase with current rising.There have a positive relationship between conductivity removal rate of ion and magnitude of current,in particular,the removal rate of divalent cation higher than monovalent cation.Keeping the constant current,it can be found that electrical conductivity of effluent decrease with the velocity of water rising.
