摘要
【目的】为探索专分散收模式对工商交接烟叶等级质量的影响,为专分散收下一步的工作重点奠定理论基础。【方法】利用2018-2019年专分散收模式下的云南省工商交接C3F(约占收购总量的30%)等级质量监督检查数据,对C3F等级合格率年度间差异进行了单因素方差分析,并与其6个影响因素混低、混部位、混杂、混级个数、混微带青和混青黄进行了相关性分析、因子分析和回归分析等多维度的统计分析。【结果】专分散收模式下,C3F的等级合格率不同年度间差异达到了极显著水平(P<0.01);C3F等级的等级合格率与混级个数、混微带青、混低、混杂、混部位和混青黄均呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),其中混低、混部位和混级个数的相关系数较大;主成分1主要反映了抽检的C3F中受混部位和混低影响较大的批次;主成分2主要反映了抽检的C3F中混青(即混微带青和混青黄)影响较大的批次;C3F等级合格率与其影响因素多元线性回归分析结果表明,混级个数、混低和混部位系数极显著,说明等级合格率主要受上述因素影响。【结论】控制专分散收模式下烟叶收购中的混低、混级个数和混部位现象,是下一步提升专分散收模式下烟叶工商交接等级质量的关键。
【Objective】 Aim at providing a fundamental theoretical guidance for the next move of the specialized grading and loose-leaf acquisition(SG&LA) new mode, this paper had explored the influence of this new mode on the grade quality of tobacco leaves during the industry/commerce handover. 【Method】 The supervision and inspection data of C3 F tobacco leaves under the SG&LA mode was collected, which was approximately accounting for 30 % of the total purchase volume. One-way ANOVA was carried out to analyze the annual differences of C3 F grade qualification rate. Further, multiple statistical analysis, including the correlation analysis, the factor analysis, and the regression analysis were carried out between the influence factors such as mixed low grade, mixed stalk position, mixed variegated leaves, mixed grade number, mixed light cyan leaves, and mixed cyan yellow leaves. 【Result】 Under the SG&LA mode, the annual differences of the C3 F grade qualification rates were highly significant(P<0.01). There was a highly significant negative correlation between the C3 F grade qualification rate and all the 6 influence factors, including mixed low grade, mixed stalk position, mixed variegated leaves, mixed grade number, mixed light cyan leaves, and mixed cyan yellow leaves(P<0.01), among which the mixed low grad, mixed stalk position, and mixed grade number had larger correlation coefficients. Among all the inspected C3 F batches, principal component 1 mainly reflected batches greatly affected by the mixed low grad and mixed stalk position, while principal component 2 mainly reflected those greatly affected by the mixed cyan leaves(i.e. mixed light cyan and mixed cyan yellow leaves). The multivariate linear regression between the C3 F grade qualification rate and the 6 influence factors was performed. The correlation coefficients of the number of mixed grade number, mixed low grade, and mixed stalk position were highly significant, which indicated that the above factors mainly affected the grade qualification rate. 【Conclusion】 To further improve the grade quality in SG&LA mode, it was worthwhile devoting much effort to control the mixed grade number, mixed stalk position, and mixed low grades.
