后保管理论在企业档案管理工作模式创新中的运用与体现——基于江苏省电、热力生产供应企业的调研

The Application and Reflection of the Post-Custodial Theory to the Innovation of Working Mode of Enterprise Archives——Based on the Survey of Production and Supply of Power and Heat Enterprises in Jiangsu Province

目前,企业档案工作的发展方向是信息化与基于档案内容的知识服务,对传统企业档案工作模式提出了挑战,但统一改革的创新模式尚未形成。文章着眼于后保管理论的逻辑链条,对江苏省电、热力生产供应行业4家企业的档案工作进行调研与案例分析,从保管需求与能力、拓展管理功能、管理合作与连续、来源背景与联系四个方面挖掘其创新工作背后体现的后保管理论思想与尚未充分体现的理论内容,为企业档案工作模式的创新提供系统的理论指导。

At present,the development direction of enterprise archival work is informationization and knowledge service based on archives content,which challenges the traditional working mode of enterprise archives,but the innovation mode of unified reform has not been formed yet.This paper focuses on the logic chain of the post-custodial theory,conducts investigation and case analysis on the archives work of 4 enterprises of the electric heating power supply industry in Jiangsu province,and summarizes the inspiration of the post-custodial theory for the innovation of enterprise archives work from four aspects:management cooperation and continuity,the demand and ability of storage,the expansion of management functions,and the background and connection of sources.It provides systematic thought guidance for the innovation of enterprise archives working mode.
