水平井防砂管柱三维成像系统

摘要 针对传统的二维套管损伤视觉解读效果较差,信息量不足等问题,研究了多探头瞬变电磁法水平井防砂管柱损伤检测三维成像系统。通过对井下水平井防砂筛管柱多探头设计的分析介绍,结合异常点误差校正算法对多探头数据的补偿,更加突出反映管柱多个扇形区域的损伤情况。同时,针对多探头瞬变电磁法水平井防砂管柱损伤检测接收信号弱的特点,设计了瞬变电磁驱动电路和接收放大电路,使得多探头瞬变电磁法防砂管柱损伤信息准确的传输到井上三维成像系统,对现场试验数据分析,该方法为进一步分析防砂管柱损伤提供了大量可靠的井下数据,提高了解释结果的准确度。 Aiming at the problems of poor visual interpretation effect and insufficient information of traditional 2D casing damage detection,a 3D imaging system of multi probe transient electromagnetic method for sand control string damage detection in horizontal wells is studied.Through the analysis and introduction of multi probe design of sand control screen string in horizontal well,combined with the compensation of multi probe data by the error correction algorithm of abnormal points,the damage situation of multiple fan-shaped areas of pipe string is more prominent.At the same time,according to the characteristics of weak receiving signal in multi probe transient electromagnetic method for sand control string damage detection in horizontal wells,transient electromagnetic driving circuit and receiving amplifying circuit are designed,so that the damage information of multi probe transient electromagnetic method sand control string can be accurately transmitted to well 3D imaging system.The analysis of sand control string damage provides a lot of reliable downhole data and improves the accuracy of interpretation results.
