摘要
针对太阳能选择性吸收涂层成分及制备技术进行创新性研究,利用SYSWELD软件对镍基涂层熔覆温度场进行研究,通过对不同工艺参数模拟得到的温度场比较分析,得到合理的工艺参数为:激光功率P=900 W,扫描速度V=3 mm/s,光斑直径D=3 mm。利用激光熔覆技术,在316不锈钢基体上制备了镍基金属陶瓷单层涂层。研究表明,涂层与基体为冶金结合,Ni/TiN为2:3时,涂层的吸收率(α)为71.3%,发射率(ε)为2.2%,吸收率/发射率(α/ε)为32.4,光热转化效率最高。
The innovative study on composition and preparation of selective absorbing coatings was implemented.The SYSWELD software was used to simulate and analyze the temperature field.The process parameters(P=900 W,V=3 mm/s and D=3 mm)have been obtained by the simulation of different parameters based on the temperature field.Ni-based coating was first prepared on stainless steel substrate by laser cladding.The result shows that the coating has a good metallurgical bond.When Ni:TiN=2:3,the absorption coating prepared by laser cladding has excellent performance,with an absorption rate of 71.3%,an emissivity of 2.2%andα/εof 32.4.
