强抑制复合盐钻井液体系在山古101井的应用 被引量:2

摘要 山古区块位于柴达木盆地马北地区,地质条件较复杂,钻探难度大,前期完钻井施工效果较不理想,为实现山古101井钻进过程中井壁稳定,提高该区块探井钻探成功率,针对其地质结构和钻井液技术难点,优选了强抑制复合盐钻井液体系,通过强化抑制、多重封堵、引入无机盐配合相应的现场钻井液维护处理工艺保证了山古101井的顺利施工,钻进过程中井壁稳定,井身质量好,为区块的进一步勘探开发提供了技术保障。 Shangu block is located in Mabei area,Qaidam basin,with complicated geological conditions and difficult drilling,and the effect of early-stage drilling is not ideal.In order to realize the stability of well wall during drilling of Shangu 101 and improve the drilling success rate of exploration wells in this block.According to its geological structure and drilling fluid technical difficulties,a strong inhibition compound salt drilling fluid system is optimized,which ensures the smooth construction of Shangu 101 well and the stability of well wall during drilling by strengthening inhibition,multiple plugging,introducing inorganic salt and corresponding on-site drilling fluid maintenance treatment technology.
