运用新的工艺技术是轻量化的重要手段之一。本文简述了一体式热成型激光拼焊门环在某车型上的成形工艺和具体应用,并校核了门环的强度。门环成形运用了热成型激光拼焊技术,在生产上节约了模具设计及制造成本,而且实现了轻量化,门环减重超过10%。

The application of new technology is one of the important means of lightweight.In this paper,the forming technology and application of integrated thermoforming laser welding door ring in a certain model are briefly described,and the strength of the door ring is checked.The hot forming laser welding technology is used in the forming of door ring,which saves the cost of design and die reduces the energy consumption of production,and realizes lightweight,and the weight loss of door ring is over 10%.
