绿色工厂评定的难点要点分析

Analysis on Difficulties and Key Points of Green Factory Evaluation

根据《工业和信息化部办公厅关于开展绿色制造体系建设的通知》(工信厅节函〔2016〕586号),为贯彻落实《工业绿色发展规划(2016-2020年)》和《绿色制造工程实施指南(2016-2020年)》,加快绿色制造体系建设,引领工业高质量发展,工信部目前已经组织开展了五批绿色工厂评定工作,其中已通过国家级的第三方评定绿色工厂数量超过了1400家,起到了极大的示范作用.但是在绿色工厂第三方评定中,也出现了尺度不同等特点,本文予以讨论。

According to the Notice of General Office of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Construction of Green Manufacturing System(JJH[2016]No.586),in order to implement the Industrial Green Development Plan(2016-2020)and the Implementation Guide of Green Manufacturing Engineering(2016-2020),accelerate the construction of green manufacturing system and lead the high-quality development of industry,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has organized five batches of green factory evaluation work.Among them,more than 1400 green factories have passed the national third-party evaluation,which has greatly played an exemplary role.However,in the third-party evaluation of green factories,there are also some characteristics such as different scales,etc.,which are discussed in this paper.
