Green Factory Practice by Automobile Manufacturer(300K Cars’Capacity)

绿色工厂是构建绿色制造体系的关键一环,是实现工业绿色发展的重要途径。本文通过某三十万辆汽车整车厂创建国家级绿色工厂的实践,结合其基础设施、管理体系、节能降耗、绿色产品、环保低碳、综合绩效等各方面的创建成果,总结归纳了汽车行业在创建国家级绿色工厂中的重要经验,为其他工厂提供了借鉴和参考,也实现了国家工业绿色发展战略的落地。

Green factory is the key of green manufacturing system and green development in industry.This paper focused on the practice of green factory by the automobile manufacturer(300K Cars’Capacity),such as the infrastructure,management system,energy conservation,green product,environmental protection and low carbon,KPIs.It summarized the important experience of the practice of creating a national green factory,which provides a reference for other automobile manufacturers,so as to promote the implementation of the national’s green development strategy in industry.
