Green Development Demonstration of an Automobile Engine Factory

工业绿色发展规划是国家“十三五”期间的重要任务,是实现我国工业绿色发展的重要途径。本文通过某汽车发动机制造工厂绿色发展的示范案例,在绿色建筑、绿色管理、绿色能源、绿色产品、绿色环保、绿色绩效等各方面的发展成果,总结归纳了一般制造工厂在工业绿色发展中的重要经验,为其他工厂提供了借鉴和参考,有利于促进国家工业绿色发展规划的落地实施。

The plan of the industry green development is an important task of the 13th Five-Year Plan,also the key of realizing the green development in industry.This paper focused on the demonstration of green development by the automobile engine factory,such as Green Building,green management,green energy,green product,green environment,the green KPIs,etc.It summarized the important experience of the green development by the manufacturing factories,which can provide a reference for other manufacturing factories,so as to promote the implementation of the national’s green development programme in industry.
