摘要
汽车制造过程产污环节繁多,水质复杂,处理难度较大。项目通过对不同来源的废水进行分质分流,根据其性质分别预处理,降低负荷后进入生化处理系统。在经过好氧-MBR组成的生化系统进一步处理后,出水水质稳定达到《城市污水再生利用杂用水水质》GB/T 18920后回用,节约了水资源。
In the automobile manufacturing process,there are many pollution-producing links,the water quality is complicated and is difficult to deal with.The project divides the quality of wastewater from different sources,pre-treats them separately according to their nature,and enters the biochemical treatment system after reducing the load.After further treatment by the biochemical system composed of aerobic-MBR,the effluent water quality stably reaches the"Urban Wastewater Reclamation and Miscellaneous Water Quality"GB/T 18920 and then the reused water can save water resources.
