关于太阳能热利用高质量发展策略的思考

Thinking about High-quality Development Strategy of Solar Heat Utilization

截止到2019年,我国太阳能热利用行业仍保持了正增长,全年新增集热面积总量约为3250万平方米,其中工程市场占比达到了75%以上,零售市场进一步下降,形成了以建筑热水系统为主导,工农业热水(热能)及民用采暖为辅的市场格局。从2012年至今的过去8年来,太阳能光热在建筑节能领域热水系统应用方面得到的快速发展,受益于各地方政府强制安装政策的庇护,但现阶段来看,大量实施的项目中也存在着诸多的问题,如何实现行业未来的高质量发展,本文就太阳能热利用行业发展中的问题该如何解决提出了思考方向。

By the end of 2019,solar thermal utilization industry in China has maintained a positive growth.In the whole year,32.5 million square meters of heat collection area were added,which accounts for more than 75%of the engineering market,and the retail market further declines,forming a market pattern dominated by building hot water system,supplemented by industrial and agricultural hot water(heat)and civil heating.Over the past eight years since 2012,the rapid development of solar heating in the field of building energy saving and hot water system benefits from the protection of local government’s mandatory installation policy.However,at this stage,there are many problems in a large number of implemented projects.How to achieve high-quality development of the industry in the future,the author puts forward his own thinking direction on how to solve the problems in the development of solar thermal utilization industry.
