废弃矿坑片区改造规划设计策略研究——以山东济宁经开区矿坑片区改造设计项目为例

Research on Reconstruction Planning and Design Strategy for Abandoned Mine Area——Case study of abandoned mine area in Jining Economic Development Zone of Shandong Province

在生态文明建设的背景下,废弃矿坑的再利用逐渐成为研究热点与难点。本文结合山东济宁经开区矿坑片区改造设计实际项目,站在城市规划专业视角,从海绵城市及设施规划、特色景观要素设计、道路交通规划、产业发展规划四个方面,对矿坑片区的改造规划设计进行策略研究,以期对其提出合理化的规划设计思路。

As the background of construction of ecological civilization,the reconstruction of abandoned mines has gradually become researching hotspots.From the perspective of urban planning,based on the actual case of reconstruction design of abandoned mine area four Jining Economic Development Zone,this paper analyses the planning and design strategy of this abandoned mine area from five aspects,including Sponge City and facility planning,characteristic landscape element design,traffic planning,industrial development planning,planning management and policy supports,which could provide reference for reasonable planning and design in the future.
