改革开放以来民族地区集体经济发展研究述评与展望

Review and Prospect of Collective Economic Development in Ethnic Minority Areas since the Reform and Opening-up

集体经济始终是中国社会主义公有制经济的重要组成部分。改革开放后,农村集体经济历经数次改革与调整,并不断探索出适宜农村经济发展方向的新路径。特别是党的十八大以来,毫不动摇地坚持发展壮大农村集体经济已成为中国“三农”工作的一项重要政策。然而,民族地区作为中国边疆地区及少数民族聚居区,其集体经济的发展更是民族地区经济社会发展、实现民族地区乡村振兴的重要内容。通过文献研究,在归纳总结集体经济内涵、特征、发展阶段、作用及发展路径的基础上,梳理学术界对民族地区集体经济的研究现状,并进行述评。最后,以民族地区集体经济发展的新趋势为例,展望学术界未来研究方向。

The collective economy has always been an important part of China's socialist public economy.After the reform and opening-up,the rural collective economy has undergone several reforms and adjustments,and has been exploring new paths suitable for the development direction of rural economy.Especially since the 18th CPC National Congress,unswervingly adhering to the development and expansion of rural collective economy has become an important policy in the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.However,the development of collective economy in ethnic minority areas is an important part of economic and social development and rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas.Based on the literature research,this paper summarized the connotation,characteristics,development stage,function and development path of collective economy,sorted out the academic research status of collective economy in ethnic areas,and made a review.Finally,taking the new trend of collective economy development in ethnic minority areas as an example,the future research direction of academic circles was forecasted.
