基于中医经典理论思维模式的规培教学模式探讨

Exploration on the Standardized Training and Teaching Mode of Resident Physicians Based on the Classical Theoretical Thinking Mode of Traditional Chinese Medicine

自2012年中医住院医师规范化培训制度在全国开展以来,陆续暴露出多种问题。为强化中医经典知识的学习与临床实践,山东中医药大学附属医院中医经典科通过开展每日中医经典理论学习、清晨小讲课、名家讲座、疑难病例讨论、基于真实临床病例的以问题为导向教学(Problem-based Learning,PBL)联合研讨会(Seminar)教学等形式,针对性地对规培学员进行中医思维模式训练,取得满意效果。逐步形成了基于中医经典理论思维模式的规培教学模式,该教学模式值得推广。

Since 2012,when the standardized training system for resident doctors of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine was launched nationwide,many problems have been exposed.To strengthen the classical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine clinical practice,shandong university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine by conducting daily classical theory study,the morning lectures,famous lectures,cases discussion,based on real joint Seminar PBL teaching form of clinical cases,targeted to gauge the student to carry on the thinking mode of traditional Chinese medicine culture training,with satisfactory results.This kind of teaching mode based on TCM classic theory is worth popularizing.
