摘要 目的探讨问题式学习(Problem-based Learning,PBL)教学法联合同伴教育在骨科护理带教中的应用效果。方法选择2017年7月—2019年4月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院骨科进行护理实习的护生98名作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组与观察组,每组49名。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采用PBL教学法联合同伴教育,比较2组学习效果及教学满意度。结果观察组实习末期理论知识及操作技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度91.84%(45/49)比对照组75.51%(37/49)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法联合同伴教育可显著提高骨科实习护生的学习效果及教学满意度,临床应用效果较高。 Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method and peer education in orthopedic nursing teaching.Methods A total of 98 cases of nursing students who underwent nursing practice in orthopedics in our hospital from July 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into 2 groups by random number table method,49 cases in each group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the observation group used PBL teaching method combined with peer education to compare the learning effects and teaching satisfaction between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the observation group at the end of the internship were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group(91.84%)was higher than that of the control group(75.51%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method combined with peer education can significantly improve the learning effect and teaching satisfaction of orthopedic nursing students,and the clinical application effect is high.
