药对竹茹代赭石治疗原发性早泄临床观察

Clinical Effect of Couplet Medicines of Zhuru and Haematitum on the Treatment of Primary Premature Ejaculation

目的观察中药药对“竹茹、代赭石”治疗原发性早泄的临床疗效。方法采集肝郁化火证及阴虚火旺证原发性早泄患者,每一证型患者分别分为对照组和治疗组,肝郁化火证对照组用四逆散加赤芍、夏枯草治疗,治疗组则在对照组基础上加药对竹茹、代赭石治疗;阴虚火旺证对照组用知柏地黄汤加减治疗,治疗组则在对照组基础上加药对竹茹、代赭石治疗。观察患者治疗前后阴道内射精潜伏期(Intravaginal ejaculation latency time,IELT)、早泄诊断工具(Premature ejaculation diagnostic tool,PEDT)评分变化,并进行对比分析。结果共完成有效观察病例234例。其中肝郁化火证治疗组52例、对照组46例;阴虚火旺证治疗组72例、对照组64例。治疗后患者的IELT、PEDT评分均有明显变化,经统计分析表明,两证型无论组内还是组间比对,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),达到预期临床观察目的。结论药对竹茹、代赭石有明显延长原发性早泄患者IELT、降低PEDT评分及改善性伴侣双方性生活满意度作用;为中医药治疗早泄提供了新的选择。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of primary premature ejaculation by"zhuru and haematitum".Methods the patients with primary premature ejaculation who met the inclusion criteria were collected.According to TCM syndrome differentiation,they were divided into control group and treatment group respectively.In the syndrome of stagnation of liver fire,the control group was treated with Sini Decoction,radix paeoniae alba and summer subtilis,and the treatment group was treated with couplet medicines of Zhuru and haematitum on the basis of the control group.In the syndrome of yin deficiency and fire prosperity,the control group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang decoction,and the treatment group was treated with couplet medicines of Zhuru and haematitum on the basis of the control group.To observe the scores change of intravaginal ejaculation incubation period(IELT)and premature ejaculation diagnostic tools(PEDT)before and after treatment,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 234 cases were observed.In the syndrome of stagnation of liver fire,there were 52 cases in the treatment group and 46 in the control group.There were 72 cases and 64 cases in the syndrome of yin deficiency and fire prosperity.There were significant changes in IELT and PEDT scores after treatment,There were statistically significant differences between the two groups and between groups.Conclusion the drug has a significant effect on the latent period of ejaculation,decreasing the PEDT score and improving the sexual satisfaction of both partners.It provides a new choice for treating premature ejaculation with traditional Chinese medicine.
