段光堂教授运用肾衰Ⅰ号方治疗慢性肾衰竭经验

Experience of Professor Duan Guangtang in Treating Chronic Renal Failure by Using No.1 Decoction for Renal Failure

文章探讨段光堂教授运用肾衰Ⅰ号方治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床经验。总结出段光堂教授对慢性肾衰竭病因病机的认识,提出脾肾气虚为本,湿浊瘀血内壅为标,依据本病的病机创制出肾衰I号方应用与临床。应用肾衰Ⅰ号方治疗2例慢性肾衰竭患者取得良好临床疗效,说明肾衰I号方是治疗慢性肾衰竭的有效方剂。

Objective To explore the clinical exxperience of Professor Duan Guangtang in treating chronic renal failure by using No.1 decoction for renal failure.Methods To sum up Professor Duan Guangtang’s knowledge of etiology and pathogenesis of chronic renal failure,pofessor Duan Guangtang proposed that the basic pathogenesis is deficiency in origin and enrichmin sympton,the deficiency refers to asthenia of the spleen and kidney,while enrichmin sympton is accumulated dampness turbidity and blood stasis,and according to the pathogenesis created No.1 decoction for renal failure in clinical application.Results Two patients with chronic renal failure were treated with No.1 decoction for renal failure,and good clinical effect were acquired.Conclusion No.1 decoction for renal failure is an effective prescription for treating chronic renal failure.
