摘要
医教协同是我国提出的医学生培养模式改革的重要举措,也是我国医学教育的重要理念,对医学生和教师的发展均有促进作用。但也存在院校管理机制不健全,医教双方权力不均衡;课程体系设置欠完善,缺乏协同育人机制;编制阻碍发展,教学医疗无法统一等问题,需要政府、学校、医院等从组织目标、体制管理、课程设置、利益分配等方面统一协调管理,使医学院校和附属医院做到真正的融合,实现医教协同。
The coordination of medical education is an important measure to reform the training mode of medical students.It is also an important concept of medical education in China.It can promote the development of medical students and teachers.However,there are some problems such as the institutional management mechanism is not sound and the power of both sides is unbalanced,the curriculum system is not perfect and lacks of cooperative education mechanism,organization hinders development,teaching and medicine can not be unified,etc.It is necessary for the government,schools and hospitals to coordinate management in terms of organizational objectives,institutional management,curriculum setting and benefit distribution.Medical colleges and affiliated hospitals should be truly integrated,so as to realize the collaboration between medicine and education.
