贵州省经济发展新动能的影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of New Driving Force of Economic Development in Guizhou Province

本文依据2010-2018年贵州省经济发展数据,选取三个一级指标,十个二级指标,运用熵值法测算贵州经济发展新动能综合指数,实证分析固定资产投资额、居民可支配收入、城镇化、技术进步水平对新动能的影响。实证结果表明:(1)贵州经济发展新动能虽持续增长但仍处于低水平阶段;(2)固定资产投资额、居民可支配收入、城镇化、技术进步水平都对贵州经济发展新动能产生促进作用;(3)固定资产投资额和居民可支配收入虽对贵州经济发展新动能产生促进作用,但两者对新动能的促进作用很弱,因此,需要加大固定资产投资的投资力度,提高居民的可支配收入,增强对新动能的正向促进作用;(4)城镇人口规模、技术进步水平虽对贵州经济发展新动能产生的促进作用高于前两者,但根据测算的贵州经济发展新动能综合指标来看,与其他地区差距较大,亟需加大对城镇率、技术进步水平的进一步提高,进而提升新动能水平。

This paper selects the data of Guizhou province from 2010 to 2018,selecting three first-level indicators and ten second-level indicators,using the entropy method to calculate the comprehensive index of new driving force of economic development,using empirical analysis of fixed asset investment,household disposable income,urbanization,technological progress on the impact of new driving force.The results show that:1)Although the new driving force of economic development in Guizhou province continues to grow,it is still at a low level.2)Fixed assets investment,household disposable income,urban population size and technological progress have a positive impact on the new driving force of economic development in Guizhou province.3)Although fixed asset investment and household disposable income promote the new driving force,their promotion effect on the new driving force is very weak.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the investment intensity of fixed asset investment,improve household disposable income and enhance the positive promotion effect on the new driving force.4)Although urbanization and technological progress promote the new driving force of Guizhou’s economic development more than the former two.However,according to the comprehensive index of new driving forces,there is a big gap between Guizhou and other regions,it is urgent to further improve the urban rate and technological progress level to improve the new driving forces.
