冲突教育视野下的大学生心理健康教育途径研究 被引量:1

摘要 冲突是大学生人际交往过程中必然出现的现象,但其负面作用并非无解。将冲突作为教育素材,可有效挖掘学生真正的意愿,明晰学生心理压力的来源,进而为心理健康教育人员提供精准、有效的心理辅导参考依据。以冲突教育为视野,对冲突的教育价值进行深层次的解构。基于心理学视角对大学生冲突行为进行归因分析。基于冲突的教育价值和冲突行为的产生原因,确认基于冲突教育的心理健康教育途径:开设心理咨询渠道,探究冲突的原因和学生心理健康状况;通过定向心理建设,肯定学生对事物的辩证思维,弱化冲突中针对“人”的不良影响;开展团体情绪训练,提升学生情绪把控能力和心理调节能力,降低冲突的产生频率。 Conflict is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of interpersonal communication among college students,but its negative effects are not unsolved.Taking conflict as educational material can effectively excavate students,real will and clarify the source of students’psychological pressure,so as to provide accurate and effective psychological guidance for mental health educators.Based on this,this paper firstly deconstructs the educational value of conflict from the perspective of conflict education.Secondly,the attribution analysis of college students,conflict behavior is carried out from the perspective of psychology.Finally,based on the educational value of conflict and the causes of conflict behavior,this paper confirms the ways of mental health education based on conflict education.Through the construction of directional psychology,the students,dialectical thinking of things is affirmed,and the negative influence on“people”in the conflict is weakened.Through carrying out group emotional training,students,ability of emotional control and psychological adjustment is improved and the frequency of conflicts is reduced.
