摘要
随着信息技术的不断发展和社会的进步,传统的“以教师为中心”的人才培养模式越来越不适应当今世界的飞速发展,教师也应该做出相应的改变、做到与时俱进。医院作为应用型医学本科院校,目的是培养出更多卓越的应用型医药卫生人才,在这个过程中,能够发挥主要作用的当属作为学校教学的主干力量——教师。文章旨在探讨医学院校教师角色,对其定位进行分析和研究,构建医学院校的教师教学能力要评判标准体系,帮助学校及其他医学院校能够做到科学和高效的甄选出合适的教师去承担教学工作,促进医学教师队伍的建设与发展。为我国医学院校教师队伍建设和教育教学改革提供一定的理论基础和实践经验。
With the continuously development of information technology and the progress of society,the traditional"teacher-centered"talent training model is becoming less and less suitable for the rapid development of nowdays,so teachers should also make corresponding changes and keep pace with the times.As an applicationoriented Medical College,the purpose of hospital is to cultivate more outstanding application-oriented medical and health talents.In this process,teachers,as the main force of school teaching,can play a major role.The purpose of this paper is to explore the role of teachers in medical universities,analyze and study their positioning,construct the evaluation standard system of teachers'teaching ability in medical universities,help schools and other medical colleges or universities select suitable teachers to undertake teaching work scientifically and efficiently,and promote the construction and development of medical teachers.It provides theoretical basis and practical experience for the construction of teaching staff and the reform of education and teaching in medical colleges and universities in China.
