摘要
目的探讨尝试教学法在临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取2019年8—9月在滨州医学院附属医院进行外科学急腹症临床见习的滨州医学院临床医学专业2016级本科见习生共40名作为研究对象。采用随机分组法将其分为实验组与对照组,由同一指导老师分别采用尝试教学法及传统教学法进行授课,待课程结束后及时进行考核,来对比两种教学方法的效果。结果实验组学生在基础理论知识、临床操作技能、诊疗思维均优于对照组,在外科学习兴趣、临床操作能力、阅读文献能力、理论联系临床能力及临床诊疗思维等方面均较对照组明显提升,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尝试教学法在临床实践教学中具有应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of trial teaching method in clinical teaching.Methods A total of 40 students from 2016 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine in Binzhou medical university were selected as the research objects who were engaged in clinical internship of surgical acute abdomen in the Binzhou medical university hospital from August to September 2019.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental teaching method and traditional teaching method were adopted respectively by the same teacher and the effects of the two teaching methods were compared immediately after class.Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in theoretical knowledge,operational skills and clinical thinking.Compared with the control group,the study interest in surgery,clinical practice ability,literature reading ability,theoretical connection clinical ability and clinical thinking were significantly improved.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Trial teaching method has great application value in clinical teaching.
