摘要
目的探讨国家卫生和计划生育委员会住院医师规范化培训规划教材应用于骨科住院医师规范化培训教学中的效果。方法纳入24名2017年10月—2019年9月在南通市海门区人民医院骨科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员,以入科序号单双号随机将其分为教材教学组(n=12)和传统教学组(n=12)。两组学员均按照住院医师规范化培训教学大纲中骨科学专业的培训要求进行教学,教材教学组在传统教学的基础上参照规划教材上的编写思路指导学员掌握骨科疾病的诊疗思维和方法。之后通过专业水平测试进行教学效果评估。其后,传统教学组再进行教材教学,再次通过专业水平测试评价其对学员专业水平的提升效果。结果教材教学组的测试成绩高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。传统教学组在接受教材教学后的测试成绩高于其在接受教材教学前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院医师规范化培训规划教材在教学中的效果良好,有助于规范和提高住院医师的诊疗思维和水平。
Objective To observe the application effect of planned textbook of Standardized Training in the standardized training of residents in orthopedics,and to explore the effectiveness of its application.Methods 24 residents who had received standardized training of resident physicians in orthopedics department of Haimen Nantong people’s hospital from October 2017 to September 2019 were enrolled,and were randomly divided into planned textbook teaching group(n=12)and traditional teaching group(n=12)according to even and odd numbers.The two groups had received the teaching and training according to the requirements of the standardized training syllabus,in which the planned textbook teaching group had consulted the writing ideas of the planned textbook to guide residents to master the diagnosis and treatment methods of orthopedic diseases on the basis of the traditional teaching.After that,the teaching effective valuated through the examination.Later,the traditional teaching group received the planned textbook teaching after first examination,the enhanceeffect of planned textbook teaching valuated through the examination again.Results The examination scores of the planned textbook teaching group were higher than the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination scores of the traditional teaching group after received the planned textbook teaching were higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of planned textbook of Standardized Training in the standardized training of residents in orthopedics has a good application effect,which is helpful to improve the clinical thinking and clinical practice ability of residents.
