眼科规范化培训现存问题及改进建议

Current Issues and Improvement Proposals of Ophthalmology Standardized Training

眼科规范化培训(规培)较普通的大外科规培存在自身的特点。经考察,作者发现眼科规培存在以下几个主要问题:参加眼科规培的医生眼科基础薄弱;眼科规培基地教学水平参差不齐;低视力/盲患者心理教育缺失。为探索推进眼科规培改进的方法,作者从教材课程设置、教学模式等方面分别进行分析,并提出改革建议:增设集中学习眼科理论知识的阶段;提高规培基地教学水平;推广“分阶段系统理论授课联合PBL”教学模式;增设沟通与心理学课程。在眼科规培方面,需要不断探索和完善眼科独特的规培模式,从而提高眼科规培质量,为眼科发展培养优秀的后备人才。

Ophthalmology standardized training is different from general surgery standardized training.To seek current issues of ophthalmology standardized training and look for the method to improve ophthalmology standardized training.We investigated in different level ophthalmology standardized training bases all around the state,to collect the issues of ophthalmology standardized training.We found that most of the doctors who intend to participate ophthalmology standardized training did not master enough ophthalmology knowledge.The quality of education did not show standardized level in different ophthalmology standardized training base.Education about psychological communication with low vision/blind patients was blank.We gave some advices about the improvement of ophthalmology standardized training.Firstly,theoretical knowledge education should be settled at the beginning of standardized training.Standardized training base should strive harder to improve education level.Theoretical knowledge education combined with PBL teaching mode could be tried in ophthalmology standardized training.Psychological communication course could be added.It is important to explore standardized training mode that is special for ophthalmology.So that the quality of ophthalmology standardized training could be improved.
