120院前急救在急诊患者中的应用效果

The Application Effect of 120 Prehospital First Aid in Emergency Patients

目的研究在急诊患者中应用120院前急救的效果及价值。方法随机选取110例医院收治的患者,通过入院方式的区别将其均分为两组,应用120院前急救的患者为观察组,由家属送至医院的患者为参照组,分析比较其首次治疗时间,抢救成功率以及患者满意度。结果对比首次治疗时间,观察组短于参照组;对比抢救成功率及患者满意度,观察组比参照组高,在统计学软件下对以上组间数据区别予以检验,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在急诊患者中应用120院前护理可使抢救成功率提高,并缩短首次治疗时间,对患者生命的挽救意义重大。

Objective To study the effect and value of 120 pre hospital emergency treatment in emergency patients.Methods 110 patients in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the difference of admission mode.The patients who received first aid before 120 hospitals were used as the observation group,and the patients who were sent to the hospital by their families were used as the reference group.The first treatment time,rescue success rate and patient satisfaction were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the first treatment time,the observation group was shorter than the reference group;compared with the rescue success rate and patient satisfaction,the observation group was higher than the reference group.Under the statistical software,the data differences between the above groups were tested,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion The application of 120 pre hospital nursing in emergency patients can improve the success rate of rescue and shorten the first treatment time,which is of great significance to save the lives of patients,therefore.
