探讨妇产科阴道不规则出血的临床诊治

Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Vaginal Irregular Bleeding in Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的研究妇产科阴道不规则出血的有效诊治措施与效果。方法将2018年1月—2019年10月医院妇产科接诊的患者92例,利用奇偶数字分组法划分成试验、对照组(n=46)。试验组于常规治疗的同时加用宫血宁胶囊和黄体酮联合疗法,对照组单用宫血宁胶囊。评估2组用药效果及生活质量,计算疗效总有效率,并对其作出对比。结果试验组总有效率97.83%,比对照组82.61%高,P<0.05。试验组用药结束时生活质量(92.58±3.12)分,优于对照组(84.66±3.91)分,P<0.05。结论常规治疗期间,利用宫血宁胶囊和黄体酮联合疗法对阴道不规则出血病患进行治疗,可显著提升其病情控制的效果,促进生活质量改善。

Objective To study the effective diagnosis and treatment of vaginal irregular bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From January 2018 to October 2019,92 patients were divided into experimental group and control group(n=46).The experimental group was treated with Gongxuening Capsule Combined with progesterone while the control group was treated with Gongxuening Capsule alone.The effect and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated,the total effective rate was calculated and compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.83%,higher than that of the control group(82.61%)(P<0.05).The quality of life(92.58±3.12)in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(84.66±3.91),P<0.05.Conclusion During the routine treatment,the combination of Gongxuening Capsule and progesterone can significantly improve the effect of disease control and the quality of life of patients with irregular vaginal bleeding.
