民族传统体育校本课程中教师课程领导研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高民族传统体育校本课程建设水平,在民族传统体育校本课程开发中,加强对体育教师课程领导的能力培养已势在必行。文章采用文献资料、专家访谈与逻辑分析等研究方法,对民族传统体育校本课程中教师的课程领导进行研究。结果表明,在民族传统体育校本课程中,教师的课程领导能力不足,主要是教师在课程权力、知识能力、集体文化观念与课程资源库等四个方面存在困境。建议:在民族传统体育校本课程开发中增加教师的课程赋权、对教师进行增知促能、构建教师集体文化共同体、建设课程资源库。 For the purpose of ameliorating the level of school-based curriculum construction of national traditional sports,it is imperative to strengthen the PE teachers leading competence in the development of school-based curriculum of national traditional sports.In this paper,literature,expert interviews and logical analysis methods are applied to research the traditional sports school-based curriculum teachers of curriculum leadership.The results show that the teachers curriculum leadership is insufficient in the traditional school-based curriculum of national physical education,including four aspects of curriculum that are power,knowledge ability,collective cultural concept and curriculum resource pool.Suggestions:increasing teachers curriculum empowerment;promoting teachers knowledge;using teachers collective culture and building curriculum resource base in the development of school-based curriculum of national traditional sports.
