摘要
以丙烯酸乳液为基料、石墨烯浆料为导电填料、水为溶剂,加入助剂,制备成水性导电涂料,通过特殊工艺附载在滤料表面,并确保不堵塞网孔,不增加压降。本研究分析了各个成分的配比及制备工艺对性能的影响,结果表明,根据各组分最佳配比制备涂料,湿涂料的最佳附载量为100~160 g/m2。当涂料附载量(干重)在25 g/m2时,滤料表面电阻值≤105Ω,滤料的过滤效率≥99.995%,有较明显地增强滤料过滤效果。
Waterborne conductive coatings were prepared with acrylic emulsion as binder, with graphene paste as conductive filter material, with water as solvent, and with additives. The coatings can be loaded on the filter surface through a special process and ensure there is no mesh blockage and no increase of pressure drop. The effect of the composition ratio and preparation process on the performance was investigated. The results showed the optimum load of wet coatings was 100~160 g/m^2 according to the optimum composition ratio of the coatings prepared. When the load of coatings(dry weight) was 25 g/m^2, the surface resistance of the filter material was less than 105 Ω, the filter efficiency was 99.995%, and the filtering effect improved obviously.
