摘要 针对传统户外纺织品涂层在太阳光下高吸热现象,以水性聚氨酯树脂、高遮盖钛白粉、陶瓷微珠粉和其他助剂为基础研制户外纺织品用降温涂料,考察树脂类型、钛白粉种类、颜料体积浓度(PVC)和陶瓷微珠添加量等对涂层光学、力学性能的影响。结果表明:以透明性较高的聚氨酯树脂为基料制备的辐射制冷涂料,在织布上形成涂层后,具有较高的太阳光反射率,涂层对织物基布的附着剥离强力大于18 N;进而以PVC为33%添加高遮盖长方形钛白粉和陶瓷微珠制得辐射制冷涂料,在织布上形成涂层后,太阳光反射率84%以上",大气窗口"红外发射率96%以上。 In order to solve the problem of high heat absorption of traditional outdoor textile coatings under sunlight, a kind of cooling coatings for outdoor textile was developed based on waterborne polyurethane resin, high-hiding titanium dioxide, ceramic bead powder and other additives. The effects of resin type, titanium dioxide type, pigment volume concentration(PVC) and ceramic bead dosage on the optical and mechanical properties of the coatings were investigated. The results show that the radiative cooling coatings prepared based on polyurethane resin with high transparency have high solar reflectance after forming coatings film on the fabric and that the peeling strength of the coatings on the fabric base is greater than 18 N. The radiative cooling coatings prepared with high-hiding rectangle titanium dioxide and ceramic micro beads(PVC=33%) have a solar reflectance of more than 84% and an "atmospheric window" infrared emissivity of more than 96% after forming coatings film on the fabric.
