郑州地区癫痫儿童家庭教育现状及对策

A survey on current status and countermeasures of family education of children with epilepsy in Zhengzhou

[目的]通过对郑州地区癫痫儿童家庭教育的现状调查,分析其存在的主要问题,提出相应对策,为今后开展系统的癫痫儿童家庭教育提供参考。[方法]采用便利抽样法对2019年12月至2020年5月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的114例癫痫患儿父母进行问卷调查。[结果]癫痫相关知识平均得分为55.36±6.56分;癫痫儿童家庭教育的认知情况:不了解癫痫儿童家庭教育(68.42%);癫痫儿童家庭教育很重要(68.42%);有必要开展癫痫儿童家庭教育活动(94.74%);没有参加过任何形式的癫痫儿童家庭教育活动,影响其参与家庭教育活动的因素主要是没有活动信息(89.47%);愿意主动参与到癫痫儿童家庭教育活动中(94.74%)。癫痫相关知识得分的多因素回归分析结果为:知识得分主要受文化水平(P<0.001)、居住地(P=0.031)、患儿病程(P=0.014)的影响。[结论]癫痫患儿父母癫痫相关知识掌握不够全面,家庭教育的需求程度较大,癫痫儿童家庭教育缺乏系统的方案,医务人员应根据家长文化程度、居住地、患儿病程等情况开展针对性的癫痫儿童家庭教育,提高癫痫患儿父母疾病管理能力。

[Objective]Through the investigation of the current status of family education of children with epilepsy in Zhengzhou area,to analyze the main problems,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed to provide a reference for future systematic family education of children with epilepsy.[Methods]From December 2019 to May 2020,this study selected 114 parents of children with epilepsy in Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University as subjects by convenience sampling.[Results]The average score of epilepsy related knowledge is 55.36±6.56.Cognition of family education for children with epilepsy:68.42%of parents do not understand the family education of children with epilepsy;Family education for children with epilepsy is very important(68.42%);family education activities for children with epilepsy are necessary(94.74%);89.47%of parents have not participated in any form of family education activities of children with epilepsy,while the main factor affecting their participation in f’amily education activities is the lack of activity informations;94.74%of parents are willing to actively participate in family education activities of children with epilepsy.The results of many factors stepwise regression analysis of the score of epilepsy related knowledge,respectively:knowledge score mainly by education level(P<0.001),residential address(P=0.031)and course of disease(P=0.014).[Conclusion]Parents have insufficient comprehensive knowledge of epilepsy related knowledge,and there is a greater need for family education.Family education for children with epilepsy lacks a systematic plan.Medical staff should carry out targeted family education for children with epilepsy according to their parents’education level,residential address and course of disease,so as to improve their parents’disease management ability.
