摘要
将TXA近年来在TJA中应用的研究进展作一综述,重点讨论和总结TJA加速康复(ERAS)围手术期应用TXA的给药途径,以期为TXA在关节置换术ERAS临床应用更深入的研究提供参考和建议。
The article reviews the research progress of TXA in TJA in recent years,focusing on discussing and summarizing the administration route of TXA during the perioperative management of TJA enhanced recovery(ERAS),in order to provide references and suggestions for TXA in joint replacement surgery ERAS further research on the clinical application.
