摘要
胃癌是目前我国致死率第二的癌症,VEGF及其受体VEGFR在胃癌的发生发展中起着至关重要的作用。靶向VEGF/VEGFR通路药物如贝伐珠单抗、雷莫芦单抗等是胃癌治疗的重要手段。本文对VEGF/VEGFR通路在胃癌靶向治疗中的研究进展进行综述。
Gastric cancer is the second most lethal cancer in China.VEGF and its receptor VEGFR play an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.Monoclonal antibodies such as bevacizumab and bevacizumab are important in the treatment of gastric cancer.This article reviews the research progress of VEGF/VEGFR pathway in the targeted therapy of gastric cancer.
