Study on the Guarantee System of Practical Teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Course in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

完善实践教学是推进新时代高校思想政治理论课改革创新的重要举措。当前思政课实践教学中存在着教学地位不突出、教学组织难落实,教学形式欠创新,经费保障不力等不足。建立科学完备的保障体系才能保证实践教学的顺利开展,提高立德树人的育人效果。高校要统一认识,上下联动,构建权威的领导保障机制,严格的管理保障机制,充足的资源保障机制和客观的评价保障机制,促进实践教学工作内涵式发展。

Improving practical teaching is an important measure to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities in the new era.At present,there are some deficiencies in practical teaching of ideological and political course,such as not prominent teaching position,difficult implementation of teaching organization,lack of innovation in teaching form and insufficient guarantee of funds.Only by establishing a scientific and complete guarantee system can the practice teaching be carried out smoothly and the educational effect of moral education be improved.In order to promote the connotative development of practical teaching,colleges and universities should have a unified understanding,a top-down linkage,an authoritative leadership guarantee mechanism,a strict management guarantee mechanism,an adequate resource guarantee mechanism and an objective evaluation guarantee mechanism.
