“三全育人”视角下高校专业课程教学改革的困境与解决 被引量:4

摘要 为培养社会所需、企业所求、家长所盼的高科技应用型综合人才,各高校按照教育改革创新计划,以立德树人理念为宗旨,以“三全育人”为路径,并结合专业课程特色,力争通过专业课程教学改革提升教育品质,确保高规格人才的培养。在具体实践过程中,高校专业课程教学改革面临课程体系全员参与难度大、思政教育与专业教育的独立运行等现实困境。为解决此类具体现实问题,使高校课程教学改革继续深化推进,提出积极构建“三全育人”长效机制的创新改革路径,通过全员、全过程、全方位的立体化措施优化专业课程教学现有体系,以期为后续改革提供理论参考,为实践教学提供有益方法。 In order to cultivate high-tech application-oriented comprehensive talents needed by the society,enterprises and parents,colleges and universities follow the education reform and innovation plan,take the idea of moral education as the purpose,take“three complete education”as the path,and combine with the characteristics of professional courses,strive to improve the quality of education through the reform of professional courses and ensure the cultivation of high-quality talents.In the process of practice,the teaching reform of professional courses in colleges and universities is faced with practical difficulties,such as the difficulty of full participation in the curriculum system,the independent operation of ideological and political education and professional education.In order to solve these specific practical problems and make the curriculum teaching reform in colleges and universities continue to deepen,this paper puts forward the innovative reform path of actively constructing the long-term mechanism of“three comprehensive education”,and optimizes the existing system of professional curriculum teaching through all staff,whole process and all-round three-dimensional measures,so as to provide theoretical reference for the follow-up reform and provide useful methods for practical teaching.
