思想政治理论课教师提升“六种素养”策略研究

摘要 以2019年习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治教师座谈会讲话中提出的“六种素养”为基石和逻辑起点,结合2014年9月9日,习近平总书记在与北京师范大学师生座谈会时提出的教师要努力“做有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心的好老师”的“四有好老师”标准和2019年3月18习近平主持召开高校思想政治理论课教师证座谈会对思想政治理论工作者提出的“政治要强、情怀要深、思维要新、视野要广、自律要严、人格要正”六个要求,着力从五个关键环节上构建长效培育机制,探究提升思想政治理论课教师素养的途径。 The starting point of this paper is based on the“six qualities”proposed by general secretary Xi Jinping in the speech of the national symposium of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities in 2019,along with the standard of“the good teacher with four qualities”put forward by general secretary Xi Jinping at the forum with teachers and students of Beijing Normal University on September 9,2014,namely,all teachers should strive to be good teachers with“ideas and beliefs,moral sentiment,solid knowledge and benevolence”,and“six requirements”suggested by Xi Jinping for the ideological and political theory teachers on March 18,2019 at the of the symposium on teachers’certificates of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,namely,“firm political stance,profound sentiment,new thinking mode,broad horizon,strict self-discipline,and normal personality”,attempting mainly to establish a long-term cultivation mechanism from five key aspects so as to explore the approach of improving the qualities of the ideological and political theory teachers.
