栀子枝7种成分LC-MS分析及HPLC-DAD测定 被引量:6

摘要 目的对栀子Gardenia jasminoides Ellis枝7种成分进行LC-MS分析及HPLC-DAD测定。方法采用LC-MS法开展栀子枝的化学成分定性分析,建立HPLC-DAD法同时测定栀子枝中去乙酰基车叶草苷酸、京尼平苷酸、竹节参皂苷Ⅳa、京尼平龙胆双糖苷、栀子苷、去甲基川陈皮素、栎精-3,7,3',4'-四甲醚的含量。结果从栀子枝中定性分析了30种化学成分,包括黄酮类、萜类、有机酸等多种结构类型。在优化的色谱条件下,7种成分线性关系良好。其中,去乙酰基车叶草苷酸和竹节参皂苷Ⅳa是栀子枝中最主要的环烯醚萜及三萜成分,含量分别为2.140、3.575 mg/g。结论该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可用于栀子的质量控制。 AIM To analyze and determine seven constituents from the stems of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis by LC-MS and HPLC-DAD.METHODS The qualitative analysis of chemical constituents from the stems of G.jasminoides was conducted by HPLC-MS method.An HPLC-DAD method was established to simultaneous quantitative determination deacetylasperulosidic acid methyl ester,geniposidic acid,chikusetsu saponinⅣa,genipin-1-β-D-gentiobioside,geniposide,5-O-demethylnobiletin,and quercetin 3,7,3',4'-tetramethyl ether.RESULTS Thirty compounds including flavonoids,terpenes,and organic acids were identified from the stems of G.jasminoides.Seven target compounds had good linear relationships under the optimized chromatography condition.The dominate constituents in the stems of G.jasminoides were deacetylasperulosidic acid methyl ester and chikusetsu saponinⅣa with the contents of 2.140,3.575 mg/g,respectively.CONCLUSION This accurate,stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of G.jasminoides.
