社区居民对中医药健康适宜技术的需求与利用研究

Research on Demand and Utility of Health Appropriate Techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Community Residents

目的:了解社区居民对中医药适宜技术的需求及利用情况,为中医药健康适宜技术的推广提供依据。方法:随机选取福州市5家示范社区卫生服务中心(站),采用分层随机抽样,抽取300名社区居民进行问卷调查。结果:在中医药适宜技术需求方面,需求量较大的项目是推拿(77.3%)、针灸(70.8%);在中医药适宜技术利用方面,慢性病患者对中医药适宜技术均有不同程度的利用,其中高血压患者的利用率最高(95.1%);在对中医药适宜技术优点的认知方面,社区居民认为中医药主要的优点在于有保健作用(77.6%)、效果好(67.8%)和副作用小(62.1%)。结论:社区居民对中医药适宜技术有不同程度的需求和利用,应加强宣传和推广,促进中医药健康服务进社区、进家庭。

OBJECTIVE To understand the demand and utility of appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for community residents,and provide a basis for promotion of appropriate technology of TCM healthy pension service.METHODS 5 community health service centers were selected as research objects.300 community residents were extracted for questionnaire survey by stratified random sampling technology.RESULTS In the aspects of the demand of appropriate techniques of TCM,the larger demands in TCM were massage(77.3%)and acupuncture(70.8%).In the aspects of the utility of appropriate techniques of TCM,there were different degrees of them for patients with chronic diseases.Among them,95.1%patients with high blood pressure had the highest use efficiency.In the cognitive aspects of?their advantages,77.6%community residents thought that appropriate techniques of TCM had health care function,67.8%community residents thought that appropriate techniques of TCM had good effect,and(62.1%)community residents thought that appropriate techniques of TCM had small side effects.CONCLUSION Community residents had different degrees of demand and utility on appropriate techniques of TCM.It needed to enhance further publicity and promotion,promote the introduction of TCM service into community and family.
