泵送桥塞分段压裂工艺在煤层气“二开半程固井”水平井中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 沁水盆地樊庄、郑庄区块水平井主要采取"二开半程固井+油管拖动压裂"的开方式式,该工艺实现了单分支水平井日产万方的突破。但该工艺施工周期长,安全隐患大的问题逐步显现。为此,借鉴常规油气和页岩气开发经验,首次在国内二开半程固井水平井开展泵送桥塞分段压裂试验,取得成功。现场试验表明:泵送桥塞分段压裂工艺可在煤层气半程固井水平井中推广应用;该工艺可实现一天压裂3~4段,提高了施工效率;依据井眼轨迹不同,桥塞可选用速钻桥塞、可溶桥塞。 The horizontal wells in the Fanzhuang Block and Zhengzhuang Block in Qinshui Basin mainly adopt the development method of"second spud halfway cementing and tubing drag fracturing".This technology has achieved a breakthrough of 10000 cubic meters per day in single branch horizontal wells.However,the construction period of this process is long,and the problems of potential safety hazards are gradually emerging.For this reason,referring to the development experience of conventional oil and gas and shale gas,the pumping bridge plug staged fracturing test was successfully carried out for the first time in domestic horizontal well with second half of cementing.The test results show that,the pumped bridge plugs staged fracturing technology can be popularized and applied in coalbed methane halfway cementing horizontal wells.This technology can achieve 3~4 stages of fracturing in one day,increasing the construction efficiency.Depending on the well trajectory,quick drilling bridge plug and soluble bridge plug can be selected.
