计及空气流场影响的电力电缆隧道温度场分布研究 被引量:7

摘要 电缆隧道因具有空间大,能容纳大量电缆的优势而被广泛应用于城市基础设施建设中,但过度密集的敷设会导致隧道内温度过高,因此实现对电缆本体及隧道内温度场分布情况的监测有利于对载流量进行动态调控。在安全生产的重要性愈发突显的大背景下,为保证电力电缆的安全、平稳运行,电缆隧道的强制通风设置成为一种刚需,故将强制通风条件下空气流场的影响纳入主要考量,借助ANSYS软件构建一种三维电力电缆隧道模型。在该模型的基础上,综合考虑了风速、进风温度两大重要因素的影响,借助MATLAB进行数据处理,研究了其对电缆隧道关键部分温度场分布情况的作用机制。 Cable tunnel is widely used in urban infrastructure construction because of its large space,which can accommodate a large number of cables.However,over dense laying will lead to high temperature in the tunnel.Therefore,the monitoring of the temperature field distribution in the cable body and the tunnel was beneficial to the dynamic control of the current carrying capacity.Under the background of the increasing importance of safety production,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of power cable,the forced ventilation of cable tunnel has become a kind of rigid demand.Therefore,taking the influence of air flow field under the condition of forced ventilation into account,and a three-dimensional power cable tunnel model with the help of ANSYS software was built.Based on the model,the influence of two important factors,wind speed and air inlet temperature,is comprehensively considered.With the help of MATLAB,the data processing was carried out,and the mechanism of its effect of the model on the distribution of temperature field in the key parts of the cable tunnel was studied.
