摘要
持续油流带电会破坏变压器的油道绝缘性能,严重影响变压器的安全稳定运行。特高压变压器结构复杂,电磁环境复杂恶劣,运行条件更为严苛,需采取有效措施抑制油流带电的产生及对变压器造成的影响,延长特高压变压器使用寿命,保证其安全运行。介绍了油流带电产生的机理及影响因素,针对特高压变压器的结构特点及运行经验提出油流带电的抑制措施。研究表明,改进油箱内部的绝缘结构、控制油温和油速可有效减少油流带电。
Oil flow electrification may damage the insulation performance of the oil passage of the transformer and seriously affect the safe operation of the transformer.UHV transformers have complex structure,complex electromagnetic environment and harsher operating conditions.In order to ensure its safe operation,effective measures must be taken to suppress the generation of electrified oil flow and the impact on the transformer,and to extend the service life of the UHV transformer.The mechanism and influencing factors of oil flow electrification were introduced.According to the structural characteristics and operation experience of UHV Transformer,the measures to restrain oil flow electrification were proposed.The results showed that the oil flow electrification could be effectively reduced by improving the insulation structure inside the oil tank and controlling the oil temperature and oil speed.
